Preferred Investment Criteria for Operating Companies:
Our process is simple. We ask that you submit a thorough project proposal to us. We will follow this up with a preliminary decision within two weeks. If we decide it is a project we can assist with, we will then carry out all necessary due diligence. Once all due diligence is completed, we will try and provide a Term Sheet within a reasonable space of time.
We do not charge up-front fees or any other hidden fees for Project Financing. We charge a success fee only. However, depending on the proposal, we may require the project principles to fund the necessary due diligence process.
